Board of Directors
The OncoPep Board of Directors is comprised of advisors with significant experience in the life science industry, including drug and immunotherapeutic development in the oncology field, as well as experience in the business community.
Doris Peterkin, Chief Executive Officer of OncoPep
Ms. Peterkin has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Healagenics, and also served as a senior executive at Antigenics, a cancer vaccine development company.
Marc A. Cohen
Mr. Cohen is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of C4 Therapeutics, Inc., Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bublup, Inc. and COBRO Ventures, Inc., and Co-Founder and Chairman of Acetylon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and OncoPep, Inc.. Mr. Cohen was also Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of OPNET Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPNT), which was sold in 2012. Mr. Cohen is also a Trustee of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Ms. Dobson is an Independent Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager. She founded, and now serves as a consultant to, Palladium Capital Management. She is also Co-Founder of Cap City Kids.
Kenneth C. Anderson, M.D.
Dr. Anderson is the Kraft Family Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and Director of the Jerome Lipper Multiple Myeloma Center and Lebow Institute for Myeloma Therapeutics at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Nikhil C. Munshi, M.D.
Dr. Munshi serves as Associate Professor, Harvard Medical School/Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and Associate Director, Jerome Lipper Multiple Myeloma Center.
Elena Prokupets , Ph.D.
Dr. Prokupets formerly served as President of Lenel Systems International, which was acquired by United Technologies. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees, University of Rochester and Managing Director, The Metropolitan Opera of New York.
Bruce Downey, J.D.
Mr. Downey is a Partner at NewSpring Health Capital. He is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Ambassadors for Johns Hopkins' Project RESTORE, and as a Member of the Boards of Directors of Cardinal Health and Momenta Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Eastman is a founding member of EG Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Eastman currently chairs the Advisory Board at the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center at Columbia University Medical Center.
